These Terms set out how you may use the Azuremangroveplaza website and any service, reservation or experience booked through it.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended for adult guests aged 18 and over only. When you confirm your age on the entry page, you confirm that this applies to you. We may request photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Bookings and payment

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is collected at departure.

4. Cancellation

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Within fourteen days, the first night will be charged; no-shows are charged for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. Guest conduct

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, does not comply with our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable rules of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We will take all reasonable care to provide a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables that are not deposited in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Azuremangroveplaza or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. Links to other websites

This website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
